We offer free same-day Click & Collect on all items that are in stock.
We deliver within a 25-mile radius of our Inverness store including places like Dingwall, Alness, Tain, Aviemore, Nethy Bridge, Fort Augustus, Forres, and many areas to the west. We can also deliver to other parts of the Highlands such as Wick and Thurso — just get in touch to check availability and realistic costs.
Installation
Before You Order
Please make sure your new appliance will fit in the space where it’s going. Measure carefully — including doorways and hallways, so we can bring it in safely.
What Our Team Does
Disconnect your old appliance
Unwrap and recycle the packaging
Connect the new appliance to existing water and electric points (within 1.5m)
Level and neatly install your new appliance
Fit built-in models into your kitchen units (we'll refit your existing door panels if we can)
Test everything to make sure it’s working before we leave
What Our Team Can’t Do
Add or change plumbing or electrical connections
Install if it's unsafe or if the connections don’t meet safety rules
Alter your worktops, cupboards, or flooring
Gas Cookers
We can deliver gas and dual-fuel cookers, but we don’t install them. You’ll need a qualified Gas Safe engineer to do that.
Wet Installations (Washing Machines & Dishwashers)
We’ll connect freestanding Washing Machines and Dishwashers to existing plumbing and electrics, as long as they’re within 1.5m and in good condition.

We always test the appliance before we leave to make sure everything works properly.
Television Installations
We offer professional installation services for all LED, OLED, and Smart TVs purchased from our store. Whether you’re upgrading your living room or setting up a home cinema, our trained team can take care of everything , from unboxing to tuning in your favourite channels.
